NORMAN'S invites you to an immersive wine dinner featuring the Quintessa Family of Wines, crafted with a singular focus on balance, terroir, and precision. This multi-course experience is designed for those who appreciate thoughtful winemaking and deliberate pairing. Chef Van Aken will be in attendance to personally discuss the menu and other topics from his storied career.
Each course has been meticulously developed to engage with the structural elements of the wines—acidity, tannin, texture, and aromatics—allowing both the food and wine to evolve together throughout the evening. The menu highlights how nuanced techniques and carefully sourced ingredients can amplify the expression of each wine, creating harmony rather than competition on the palate.
